We can't recommend Sara enough. We were searching for our home during the start of the pandemic (moving from or to Boulder), which created a unique set of obstacles being remote and having a tight timeframe to make a move. Sara was able to quickly narrow down exactly what we were looking for, all while navigating covid policies in place. She has a deep understanding of the Boulder landscape, as well as the market. Having never been to Boulder before moving here (which created a whole other challenge for her), she truly couldn't have found us a better place. Since my husband and I are pretty new in Colorado, Sara told us about the best places to live, considering our budget and our desire to live closer to running trails.
